a Fire investigation is a complex endeavour involving skill, technology, knowledge, and science. The compilation of factual data, as well as an analysis of those facts, and should be accomplished objectively, truthfully, and without expectation bias, preconception, or prejudice. The basic methodology of the fire investigation relies on the use of a systematic approach and attention to all relevant details.
The systematic approach recommended is based on the scientific method, which is used in the physical sciences. This method provides an organizational and analytical process that is desirable and necessary in a successful fire investigation.
We are the only Forensic company in South Africa that has a fully certified accelerant detection canine team in private use. Our canines are highly trained on seven different accelerants as well as electrical arcing and they assist us with great accuracy to deliver a premium investigative service to all our public and private sector clients.
We are also the only Forensic company that has a fully Certified Accelerant Detection K-9 Team in private use in South Africa, to assist in both PubliIn addition to the abovementioned services we also undertake compliance audits in relation to OHS & SANS 10400 part T regulations.
